In 1985, Excaliber Precision Machining was founded in Phoenix, Arizona. Since then, Excaliber has
worked diligently to develop a reputation for precision machining and assembly of aerospace
parts. Our ability to work with all types of metals ranging from Aluminum, Al Bronze, Steel,
Stainless Steel Alloys to Titanium and Exotics enables Excaliber to fulfill a wide array of
applications. Excaliber takes great pride in the quality and on-time delivery of its products.
This commitment to quality and delivery has been instrumental in Excaliber being awarded “Preferred
Supplier Status” with Boeing/McDonnell Douglas in 1993 and being upgraded to dock to stock “PVA
Status” in 1998.

In July of 2001, Excaliber embarked on an aggressive plan to enhance the company’s capabilities. By
investing in and integrating a networked computer system, as well as state of the art manufacturing
and design software, Excaliber has strengthened the infrastructure of a strong foundation that will
enhance our ability to provide top quality merchandise and service to our customers. Additional
investments in equipment and tooling have positioned Excaliber to be able to provide competitive
pricing while retaining our high level of quality and performance. Capacity has been greatly increased
as well, as Excaliber Precision now operates multiple shifts, with operators machining parts 7 days
a week. All this, coupled with the company’s proximity to Phoenix, Arizona, an Aerospace
Manufacturing hub, provide a strategic advantage for Excaliber to capitalize on services and
processes geared to the Aerospace industry.
